A person was killed overnight Tuesday when law enforcement reported he was thrown from a car or truck for the duration of a wreck in the Drive region. The two other individuals in the vehicle then left the guy useless on the aspect of the road, police claimed.
The strike-and-operate took place around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Alvar and Chickasaw streets (map), according to New Orleans police.
The driver of a Honda Accord was speeding south on Alvar, ran a red gentle at the intersection and crashed into a Nissan Altima that was turning ideal onto Alvar, police reported.
